described as follows, Commencing Sixty Six feet from North West
Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section Thirty one in Township Eleven
Range Nineteen. Running South Three hundred and Thirty feet. Thence
East Three Hundred Thirteen and one half feet. Thence North Three
hundred and Thirty feet. Thence West Three hundred Thirteen and one
half feet, this description of a Corrected Deed in place of one recorded
in Book V at page 428 October the 1st 1885. Also less the South West
Quarter of the South West Quarter of the South West Quarter Containing ten
acres more or less in Section Thirty one Township Eleven Range Nineteen
Containing ___ Together with all and Singular the tenements heredita
ments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To have and to hold the same unto them the said
Gilbert Murry and Clarissa Wade and to their heirs Executors
administrators and assigns forever all and every my right title
interest Claim and demand of every Character whatsoever which
I have in and to the said property and every part and parcel
thereof. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed
my seal on this Fifteenth day of March A.D. 1888

The State of Florida }  I hereby that on this Fifteenth day of March
Alachua County       }  AD 1888 before me personally appeared Mrs
Ida M. Bauknight wife of Charles W. Bauknight the Grantor in
the foregoing Conveyance who being first duly questioned and
Examined by me separate and apart from her said husband
says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the
said deed of Conveyance for the purpose of releasing relin
quishing renouncing and conveying her dower and right of
dower in and to the land in said deed described and that
said relinquishment renunciation and conveyance of dower was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without
any Compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband
