and to her heirs and assigns forever the above described
premises, Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof and also all the estate right title in
terest property possession claim and demand what-
soever of the said parties of the first part both in law
and in equity of in and to the above granted premises
Together with all and singular the tenements heredita
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remain
der and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also
all the Estate right title interest property possession claim and
demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part both in
law and in equity of in and to the above granted premises
To have and to hold all and Singular the above granted prem
ises together with the appurtenances and every part thereof unto
the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever
And the said parties of the first part do hereby severally and
not Jointly but each for himself and herself and for his and her
heirs Executors and administrators covenant promise and agree
to and with the said party of the second part that she the said Florida
Yulee Neff (nie Yulee) heirs and assigns shall and lawfully may from
time to time and all times hereafter forever freely peaceably and
quietly have hold occupy possess and enjoy the said described
pieces or allottment of land with the appurtenances and receive
and take the rents issues and profits thereof without any molestation
interruption or denial of them the parties of the first part their heirs
and assigns or any other person or persons whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim by from or under them or either of them
or by or with his her or their act privity or procurement
