Alachua County   } McCaa widow of Thomas W. McCaa late of
Alachua County Florida deceased for and in Consideration of the
sum of One Dollar to me in hand paid by Joseph W. Dimmick
Guardian for John Savage and Stella Savage minor heirs at law
of George Savage deceased have granted bargained sold and Con
veyed and forever quit claim unto him the said Joseph W.
Dimmick in trust for the said John Savage and Stella Savage
the following described lot piece or parcel of land situated lying and
being in Alachua County in the Town of Gainesville and State of
Florida to wit: Beginning at the North East Corner of the town
of Gainesville (according to the original and first plan and plat
of said town) thence running East Two hundred and twenty (220) yards
thence South One hundred (100) yards, Thence West to the said Eas
tern boundary of the town of Gainesville, Thence North along said
boundary to the place of beginning Containing Five (5) acres more
or less, Also Lot No Six (6) in Section Four (4) in Township Ten
(10) South of Range Twenty (20) East Containing Four and a half (4 1/2)
acres more or less, Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining. To have and to hold the same unto him the
said Joseph W. Dimmick in trust for the said John Savage
and Stella Savage minor heirs at law of George Savage deceased
and to his and their heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute
