The Grantors Wm J. Moore and Henrietta Moore his wife of Meck
lenburg County North Carolina in Consideration of Eight Hundred
dollars paid (being seized in fee simple) hereby Grant Bargain sell and
Convey with the general Covenants of Warranty unto Chas W. White of Citra
Marion County State of Florida and to his heirs and assigns forever
to have and to hold in fee simple, the following described Real
Estate in Alachua County State of Florida to wit, All of Island
number One (1) lying and being in Orange Lake and in Section Six
teen (16) Township 12 South Range 22, East, which we our heirs
or Executors and administrators will forever Warrant and Defend
hereby relinquishing all rights Dower Courtesy Separate Estate
Homestead and all rights whatsoever in the above premises.
