and described on the Public Maps of said State as The South half of
the North East quarter and the North West quarter of the South East quarter
of Section Twenty Five in Township Ten South of Range Fifteen East, Con-
taining One hundred and Twenty acres, more or less (S 1/2 of NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of
SE 1/4 Sec 25 T10 SR15E 120 a) Together with all and Singular the ways and 
waterways tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in 
anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and 
remainders rents issues and profits thereof. And also all the estate right 
title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well 
in law as in equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the 
same and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have 
and to hold The above granted bargained and described premises with the 
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns 
to his or their own proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the said party 
of the first part for himself his heirs executors and administrators does Covenant 
promise and agree to and with the said party of the second part his 
heirs and assigns that the said party of the first part at the time of 
the Sealing and delivery of these presents is lawfully Seized in fee sim
ple of a good absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance of and 
in all and Singular the above granted bargained and described premis
es with the appurtenances and hath good right full power and lawful 
authority to grant bargain sell and Convey the Same in manner 
and form aforesaid. And that the said party of the second part his 
heirs and assigns shall and may at all times hereafter peaceably 
and quietly have hold use occupy possess and Enjoy the above Gran
ted premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appur
tenances without any let suit trouble molestation eviction or disturb
ance of the said party of the first part his heirs or assigns or of any 
other person or persons lawfully claiming or to Claim the same
And the same are now free clear discharged and unin
cumbered of and from all former and other grants titles Charges 
estates judgement taxes assessments and incumbrances of what na
ture and Kind Soever, And the said Samuel Durborow and his
heirs the above described and hereby granted and released premises
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
against the said party of the first part and his heirs and against 
all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claim
ing or to claim the same. Shall and Will warrant and by 
these presents forever defend. In Testimony whereof The said party 
of the first part has hereunto affixed his hand and seal
