State of Florida } This Indenture made this the Seventh of
Alachua County   } January (AD) in the year of our Lord one
Thousand Eight hundred and fifty three between George W. Boston
of the first part and Bennett M. Dell of the second part, both
parties of the State and County above written, Witnesseth that
the said George W. Boston for and in consideration of the Sum
of Six Hundred Dollars of lawful money of the United States of
America to him in hand paid by the said Bennett M. Dell
before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised released con
veyed and quit claimed and by these presents do release
remise convey and quit claim unto the said Bennett M. Dell
