sum of One Thousand Dollars in hand paid the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged. I Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of Alachua County
Florida as Special Master appointed by said decree do hereby grant
and convey unto the said D.B. Livermore and to his heirs and assigns
forever the following lots tracts or parcels of land lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida and more particularly de
scribed as the South half of the following described piece parcel lot
or tract of land to wit: Commencing at the North East corner of
Section Fifteen Township Ten Range Nineteen South & East running
thence Nineteen chains and Seventy-five links to a stake, thence
South along the reserved road Fifty-six chains and twenty-five
links to a stake the point of beginning. Thence South Nineteen
chains and Sixty links to a stake on the boundary line of
Orange City. Thence South Sixty degrees west one chain and ten
links to a stake. Thence West Nine chains and forty links to
a stake at the South East corner of Chas P. Perry's lot. Thence
North twenty chains to a stake on Morris Deporters South line
and thence East ten chains to the point of beginning. Containing
ten acres more or less all lying and being in Section Fifteen
Township Ten Range Nineteen South and East. To have and to
hold the said described tract of land unto the said D.B. Livermore
and to his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever. In witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
this 3rd day of October A.D. 1887.

Mrs. Cynthia Winecoff }
I Cynthia Winecoff now being of sound mind and and in view of the
uncertainty of life make this my last Will and Testament.
First I will and bequeath that within one year after my decease
my Executors herein after named shall sell for cash or for part
cash and part on time at public or private sale as they
may deem best for my legatees, all of my personal property
