his heirs and assigns forever all that Certain tract or parcel of land
of two hundred acres situated and being in the County of Alachua
in said State of Florida and being the Northernmost Fifth part of a
grant or tract of one thousand acres of land which was granted to one
William Garvin deceased by the Spanish Government on the Twenty sixth
day of November AD 1817 at a place called Youngbloods Hammock lying
and being the South West of a road Called Rays trail leading from
the Natural Bridge over the Santa Fee River to an Indian Village Called
Hogtown which said tract or grant is more particularly delineated on 
a plat or Survey made by George I.F. Clarke Surveyor General of this 
then Spanish Province of East Florida on the 18th of January AD 1818 
and which is the same Two Hundred acres or fifth part of said Grant 
as was conveyed by Felicia M.F. Garvin and the heirs of said William 
Garvin to the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church and which has been 
recently Surveyed and located by the Surveyor General of Florida as lying and be
ing in Section Number Thirty Seven Township Eight South Range Eighteen 
East in said County of Alachua, Together with all and singular the
tenements and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise apper
taining and also all the estate right title interest property posses
sion claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of 
the said Geo W. Boston of in and to the above described premises 
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have 
and to hold all and singular the above described and Conveyed premis
es together with the appurtenances unto the said Bennett M.
Dell his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof George
W. Boston have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year 
above written
