and real estate and out of the proceeds pay First all of my honest
debts and Second, set apart for putting tombstones and iron railing
under their direction around the graves of my late husband and
myself the sum of three hundred and twenty five dollars and
Third pay in cash to my son J.C. Winecoff the sum of Six hundred
dollars and Fourth divide the remainder of the above mentioned
proceeds equally between my daughters and Grand children namely
Margaret Shuford, Antoinett Salowsky, Alice Sadler, Bettie Mc
Credie, Kate Avant, Willie Shuford and Wm Fleming Winecoff.
I Will and appoint as the Executors aforementioned of this my
last Will and Testament J.M. Quarterman and C.W. Merry.

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that whereas
Alachua County } I Samuel H. Wienges of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida in pursuance of a decree entered by the Hon. Jesse
J. Finley Judge of the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida on the 27th day
of October A.D. 1887 in a chancery cause pending in the said Cir-
cuit Court in and for Alachua County in which Walter G. Robinson
is complainant and Joseph S. Standly and Constance M.B.C. Standly
are defendants did sell at public auction to the highest bidder
on the 5th day of December A.D. 1887 the lands herein after described
after advertising the time and place of sale as directed by
said decree and whereas Walter G. Robinson was the last
and highest bidder at said sale and became the purchaser
of said property for the sum of Three Hundred Dollars and
have complied with the terms of sale therefore in consideration
of the sum of Three Hundred Dollars in hand paid the re-
ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged. I Samuel H. Wienges
