East in the District of Lands subject to sale at Newnansville Florida 
Containing one hundred and Sixty acres and Eighty Seven hundredths of 
an acre according to the Official Plat of the Survey of said land 
returned to the General Land office by the Surveyor General The said Warrant 
having been assigned by the said Luke Hilburn to Marcellus A. Williams 
in whose favor the said tract has been located. Now Know ye That there 
is therefore granted by the United States unto the said Marcellus A. Williams 
as assignee as aforesaid and to his heirs the tract of land above described 
To have and to hold the said tract of land with the appurtenances thereof 
unto the said Marcellus A. Williams as assignee as aforesaid and to his 
heirs and assigns forever. In Testimony whereof I James Buchanan 
President of the United States of America have Caused these Letters to be 
made Patent and the Seal of the General Land office to be hereunto 
affixed. Given under my hand at the City of Washington the Fifteenth 
day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred

Alachua County       } Know all men by these presents That Ophelia B. Johnson
a married woman separated and living separated and apart from her hus
band William H. Johnson of the aforesaid County and State for and
in Consideration of the sum of Four hundred and Twenty five Dollars
to her in hand paid by William Wade Hampton of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold conveyed and quit claimed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell convey and quit claim unto him the Said
William W. Hampton and to his heirs and and assigns all that
Certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly Known and
described as follows to wit, All of Lot number (18) Eighteen of the
subdivision of the South half of Section (32) Thirty two in Township
(9) Nine South of Range (20) Twenty East according to the map or
plat thereof made by W.C. Miller C.E. and recorded in Deed Book
"K" of the records of Alachua County Florida at page 203 on the 13th
day of May AD 1878, Being same property Conveyed to him the Said
W.W. Hampton by W.H. Johnson on the 19th day of November 1887
