County of Fairfield     }  Know all men by these presents that we
Christopher S. Brice Sen and Margaret Brice his wife Citizens of Fairfield
County and State of South Carolina in consideration of setting out and
Cultivating an orange Grove by Joseph M. Kelly of Alachua County
State of Florida have bargained sold and released and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and release unto the said Joseph M.
Kelly one half interest in and to a certain plantation of land
situated in the County of Alachua and State of Florida described
as follows, The South side of Section Number Thirty two Township
Eleven Range Nineteen, Containing Four hundred and Eight acres
more or less. Also the North East Quarter Section Six Township Eleven
Range Nineteen, Containing one hundred and Sixty acres more or
less, Also the North West Quarter of Section Four Township Twelve Range
Nineteen containing one hundred and Sixty acres more or less
Also all that portion of land lying North of the line dividing the
Counties of Alachua and Levy, The South West Quarter of Section Four
Township Twelve Range Nineteen Containing Twenty five acres more or
less, also all that portion of land lying North of the line dividing
said Counties of Alachua and Levy Section Five Township Twelve
Range Nineteen, Containing Three hundred and Seventy Seven acres
more or less. All of which is Known and described in the plan of
Arredondo Grant or Survey, Together with all and Singular the rights
members hereditaments and appurtenances to one half of said
premises belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining, To
have and to hold all and singular an interest in one half
of the premises above mentioned unto the said Joseph M. Kelly his
heirs and assigns forever. And we do hereby bind ourselves
our heirs executors and administrators to warrant and forever
defend all and Singular one half of said premises unto the said
Joseph M. Kelly his heirs and assigns against ourselves our heirs and
every other person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
same or any part thereof - Witness our hands and seals this
Dec 7th in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and
Eighty seven
