thereinto belonging and all the estate title interest property possession claim and
demand of the parties of the first part in law and equity of in and to said premises
with the appurtenances. To have and to hold the above described premises and
appurtenances and every part thereof to the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns forever. And the said R.J. & Rosa C. Miller for themselves & their heirs
Executors administrators and assigns doth hereby covenant to and with the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns that at the time of the Execution
hereof were seized in Titles of a good and indefeasible Estate of inheritance
in fee simple in and to the above described premises and appurtenances
and hath good right to bargain sell and convey the same as aforesaid and that
the same are free from all in cumbrances whatsoever: and the above granted
and described premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party
of the second part and said R.J. and Rosa C. Miller will warrant and by these
presents forever defend.  Witness our hand and seal this day and year

State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this April 23rd 1887 before me
Columbia County  }  personally came Mrs Rosa C. Miller wife of R.J. Miller
grantor in the within deed who being examined separately and apart from
her husband says and acknowledges before me that She signed the within deed
of her own free will and accord for the purpose of releasing and re
linquising her right of Dower in and to said land Conveyed and that
she was not influenced through Compulsion or fear of her said husband
