                        Notice of Incorporation
Pursuant to a resolution heretofore passed by the Young Mens Christian
Association of Gainesville Florida notice is hereby given that the under
signed and others have associated themselves together for the Purpose of
organizing a Young Mens Christian Association for the Educational benevolent
and religious purposes under the laws of the State of Florida.
The Charter of said Association shall be perpetual and the object of the
same is to improve the spiritual intellectual social and phys
ical Condition of the young men of the City of Gainesville and Vicinity
Notice is further given that the undersigned and their associates
will hold a Meeting at the YMCA rooms in the City of Gainesville
on Monday Evening April 30th AD 1888 at Eight oclock to perfect
articles of Association and to orgainize according to law
