Upon motion the meeting proceeded to the Election of Officers to serve
until the first Annual Meeting or until their Successors are Elected which
resulted as follows, I.E. Webster President, J.E. Waugh Vice President
W.E.W. Dunson Treasurer, E.P. Axtell Secretary-Recording,
There being no further business to be transacted the Meeting upon motion
was declared adjourned

the Meeting held in the YMCA rooms in the City of Gainesville Fla
on the 30th day of April AD 1888 at 8 oclock PM of said day for the
purpose of organizing and adopting Articles of Association for the
Young Mens Christian Association of Gainesville Florida and that the
above and foregoing is a true and Correct report of the proceedings
