Alachua County       } & M.J. Bailey husband and wife H.J. Bailey & R.M. Bailey
husband & wife O.B. Bailey & A.C. Bailey husband and wife, Mary N. Bailey
widow Mary E. Bailey spinster and Margaret R. Bailey Spinster by Linden
K. Rawlins our Attorney in fact all of the aforesaid County and State for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars to us in hand paid
by Mrs Martha A. Huff of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
Conveyed and quit claimed and by these presents do grant bargain sell Con
vey and quit claim unto her the said Martha A. Huff all that Certain lot
piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit: Beginning on the East side of Prairie Street at a point thirty feet
South of the South West Corner of Mrs E.A. Kings lot in Section Four
Township Ten Range Twenty East Gainesville and run East to the lot
Conveyed by D.G. Anderson to Edmond Jones recorded in Book G of
deeds page 474 of the County records, Thence South to within thirty feet
of the lands Conveyed by Tillman Ingram to J.H. Roper and recorded
on Book E folio 610 of the County records, Thence West to Prairie Street
as it now stands, Thence in a North Easterly direction along the
East side of Prairie Street to place of beginning, Containing by estima
tion One acre of land more or less. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong
ing or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the same
unto her the said Martha A. Huff and to her heirs executors
and assigns forever all and every my right title interest claim
and demand of every Character whatsoever which I have in
and to the said property and every part and parcel thereof
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our seals on the 15th day of May AD 1888
