This Indenture made the Fifth day of May in the year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Eight, Between Jasper N. Kirtlin
and Paralie Kirtlin his wife and Samuel T. Kirtlin and Zorada Kirtlin
his wife of the County of Alachua and State of Florida partys of the
first part and Joel W. Malphurs of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth That the said partys
of the first part for and in Consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other valid Considerations lawful money of the United States of America
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised released and Quit Claimed
and by these presents do remise release and quit claim unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever
all the right title interest and claim of the said parties of the
first part in and to the following lot piece or parcel of land
described as follows, The North West quarter of the South East
Quarter and the South East quarter of the South West Quarter of
Section Nine Township Eight Range Nineteen East
