(25) one quarter Section of land Conveyed to us by David Masell No
Twenty nine (29) Range Range Twenty two and also fifty two & half acres
purchased of Henry Gradick lying in the ____ range & township as above
Stated - One half of the above Sections of land as above stated all my
right & interest & said lands to said Daniel Scott, Together with all
and singular the Rights Members Hereditaments and appurtenances to the
said premises belonging or un any wise incident or appertaining to have
and to hold all and singular the premises before mentioned unto the
said Daniel Scott his heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby bind
myself my heirs executors and administrators to warrant and forever
defend all and singular the said premises unto the said Daniel
Scott his heirs and assigns against myself and my heirs and against
        every
myself and^other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim
the same or any part thereof, Witness my hand and seal this twenty
ninth day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred
and fifty Eight and in the Eighty fourth year of the Independence of the

amined by me did declare that she actually join her said
husband in executing the within release and that the same
was positively and bonafide executed before this her examination
and that she did then and she does at this time freely voluntarily
and without any Compulsion dread or fear of any person or persons
whomsoever renounce release and forever relinquish unto the within
named Daniel Scott his heirs and assigns all her estate interest
and inheritance in all and singular the premises within mentioned
