Election Districts 19 and 20

Ordered, That an Election District be established as follows
to wit  Election District No (19) Nineteen shall comprise all that
portion of the County Contained in the boundaries and areas as
follows to wit, Bounded on the East by Lochloosa Creek on
the North by Township line dividing Township Eight and Nine
(8 & 9) on the South by a line running from South West Corner
Section Twenty Township Nine (9) Range Twenty One (21) due East
to Range line dividing Ranges Twenty One (21) and Twenty Two
(22) and on the west by a line Commencing at a point
on the township line dividing Township Eight and Nine
which point is due North from the North East Corner of
Section Three Township Nine Range Twenty one. Thence due
South to the South east Corner of Section Ten Township
Nine Range Twenty One along Hatchet Creek to Newnans
