The State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Jas D.
Alachua County       } Matheson and Augusta S. Matheson and Jas D.
Matheson as Trustee of and for Eliza W. Haile and Chas E. Haile of the
aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration of the sum of Ninety 00/100
Dollars to us in hand paid by Hattie Ware of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and Convey unto her the said Hattie Ware all that Certain lot tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua State
of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit
Lots Twenty Nine (29) according to P.H. Youngs map of Block Seven (7) in
the North West Quarter of Section Five in Township Ten South of Range Twenty
East Containing by estimation     acres of land more or less, Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining, To have and to
hold the same unto her the said Hattie Ware and to her heirs Exec
utors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute, And we the
said Jas D. Matheson and A.S. Matheson and Jas D. Matheson as Trustee
&c do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Hattie Ware
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
Conveyed and that we have good and lawful right to sell and Convey
the same that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and adminis
trators shall and will forever Warrant and defend the same unto
her the said Hattie Ware and to her heirs executors administra
tors and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
same. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals on this 29th day of April AD 1888

The State of Florida } I hereby Certify that on this First day of June
Alachua County       } AD 1888 before me personally appeared Mrs
Augusta S. Matheson wife of Jas D. Matheson the grantor in the
foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and Examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of
Conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
