Alachua County   } A. Patterson widow of Thomas Patterson deceased
who departed this life intestate in Gainesville Alachua County Florida
and Mrs Elizabeth Pinkoson daughter of the late Thomas Patterson and
Hyman Pinkoson her husband and Mrs Mary E. McCarrall daughter of
the late Thomas Patterson and Michael G. McCarrall her husband and
William B. Patterson Son of the late Thomas Patterson and Sarah E.
Patterson his wife all of Gainesville Alachua County Florida, For and
in Consideration of the sum of One dollar to us in hand paid by
Mrs Susan Maria Stapleton wife of George Stapleton of Paterson 
Passaic County State of New Jersey. The said Susan Maria Stapleton
being the daughter of the late Thomas Patterson who departed this
life intestate in Gainesville Alachua County Florida and for
the further consideration of effecting a mutual partition and
division of the Real Estate of the late Thomas Patterson among
his heirs at law without having recourse to the courts and to
avoid any further expense in the premises said real Estate ly
ing and being situate in the City of Gainesville aforesaid in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida a plat of which made by
P.F. Jenkins Civil Engineer of the City of Gainesville aforesaid being
of record on page Twenty one in Book of Plats "A" among the
records of deeds in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Alachua County Florida, Have granted bargained sold Conveyed
remised released and quit claimed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell Convey remise release and quit claim and
Convey unto the said Mrs Susan Maria Stapleton as an heir
at law of the late Thomas Patterson deceased all of our
right title interest claim and demand as well at law as
in equity as heirs at law of the late Thomas Patterson
deceased in and to that certain lot piece or parcel of
land situate and being in the City of Gainesville Alachua
County Florida and described as follows to wit, Commencing
at the North East corner of Lot Two of the Patterson Estate
