the line dividing lots one and Two of said estate. Two hundred
feet to a Stake, Thence West on a Straight line from said stake
one hundred and five feet to the line dividing lots Two and Three
Thence North on said line dividing lots Two and Three Two Hundred
feet to a Stake, Thence East one hundred and five feet to the
point of beginning, together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining. To have and to hold the same unto her the
said Mrs Susan Maria Stapleton and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever she
and her husband George Stapleton having agreed to Convey to us
by their deed under seal all of her right title interest claim and
demand in law or in equity as an heir at low of the late Thomas
Patterson deceased in and to the rest and residue of the real Estate
of the late Thomas Patterson in the City of Gainesville Alachua County
Florida as Shown by Jenkins survey and plat of the same. In witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 1st day of

of Thomas Patterson late of Alachua County Florida deceased and
Mrs Elizabeth Pinkoson daughter and heir at law of the late Thomas
Patterson and Hyman Pinkoson her husband and Mrs Mary E. Mc
Carrall Also dughter and heir at law of the late Thomas Patterson
and Michael G. McCarrall her husband and William B. Patterson
Son and heir at law of the late Thomas Patterson and Sarah E.
Patterson his wife who acknowledged severally before me that they
Signed sealed executed and delivered the foregoing deed of Convey
ance for the uses and purposes therein Expressed and contained, and I further
Certify that the said Mrs Elizabeth Pinkoson wife of the said Hyman
Pinkoson and the said Mrs Mary E. McCarrall wife of the said
Michael G. McCarrall did upon a private Examination held by me
separate and apart from their said husbands acknowledge
before me that they executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance of
Separate estate freely and Voluntarily and without any fear or
Compulsion of or from their said husbands and I further Cer
tify that the said Mrs Sarah E. Patterson wife of the said William
B. Patterson did upon a private Examination held by
me separate and apart from her said husband acknowl
edge before me that she made herself a party to and
