Know all men by these presents that we Mrs Sarah A. Patterson widow 
and relict of Thomas Patterson late of Alachua County Florida deceased
and Mrs Elizabeth Pinkoson daughter and heir at law of the late 
Thomas Patterson and Hymon Pinkoson her husband and William B. 
Patterson Son and heir at law of the late Thomas Patterson and Mrs
Sarah E. Patterson wife of William B. Patterson all of Alachua County Florida
for and in Consideration of the sum of One dollar to us in hand paid 
by Mrs Mary E. McCarrall a daughter and an heir at law of the late
Thomas Patterson, and for the purpose of effecting a mutual partition 
of the real Estate of the late Thomas Patterson situate lying and being
in Gainesville Alachua County Florida as the same is platted and
shown on the Survey by P.F. Jenkins Civil Engineer and of record in 
book of plats "A" on page Twenty one among the records of deeds 
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Alachua 
County Florida Have granted bargained sold remised released
quit claimed and Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain 
sell remise release quit claim and Convey unto her the said Mrs Mary
E. McCarrall all of our right title, interest claim and demand of
whatsoever kind or nature in law or in equity we may have as
heirs at law of the late Thomas Patterson in and to the following
described real Estate to wit, all of that Certain lot piece or 
parcel of land Situate lying and being in Gainesville Alachua
County Florida in what is known as the Patterson Estate
and Commencing at the South East Corner of Lot (4) Four of the
Thomas Patterson Estate as surveyed and platted in Jenkins Survey
of same, and running west on a straight line one hundred
and five feet to the Western boundary line of said lot Four
Thence North on a straight line Four hundred and Thirty feet
to a Stake. Thence East one hundred and five feet Thence
South to the place of beginning Four hundred and Thirty feet
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments 
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertain
ing. To have and to hold the same unto her the said Mrs Mary
E. McCarrall her heirs executors Administrators and assigns in fee 
simple absolute forever She and her husband Michael G. McCar-
roll having conveyed to us and to Mrs Susan Maria Stapleton
of Patterson Passaic County New Jersey the other heir at law of
the late Thomas Patterson by various instrument in writing
all of her right title interest claim and demand of whatsoever
Kind or nature she might or Could have in the rest and residue
of the real estate of the late Thomas Patterson in Gainesville
Alachua County Florida as same appears on Jenkins plat 
and Survey of Same. In testimony whereof we have hereunto 
set our hands and seals this the 1st day of March AD 1888
