City of Gainesville Alachua County Florida a plat of which made by P.F. Jenkins
Civil Engineer of the City of Gainesville Florida is of record in Book of Plats
"A" among the records of deeds in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of the County of Alachua State of Florida on page twenty one of said Book
Have granted bargained sold and conveyed remised and quit claimed and by 
these presents do grant bargain sell Convey remise release and quit claim 
unto the said Sarah A. Patterson Mrs Elizabeth Pinkoson Mrs Mary E.
McCarrall and William B. Patterson heirs at law of Thomas Patterson deceased 
all of my right title interest Claim and demand as well at law as in eq
uity as one of the heirs at law of my father the late Thomas Patterson 
in and to those Certain pieces or parcels of land lying and being in
Jenkins Survey of the Patterson Estate in the City of Gainesville Alachua
County Florida and described in said survey as Lots numbered one Three
Four and five and the following portion of Lot numbered two viz Commen
cing at the South East Corner of Lot Two and running North on
the line dividing Lots one and Two one hundred and fifteen feet
to a Stake, thence West on a straight line one hundred and five
feet to the line dividing Lots Two and Three, Thence South on said line
One Hundred and fifteen feet to the South West Corner of said Two,
Thence East along the line dividing lots Two and Four one hundred and
five feet to the point of beginning together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any
wise appertaining. To have and to hold the same unto them the said 
Mrs Sarah A. Patterson Mrs Elizabeth Pinkoson Mrs Mary E. McCarrall and
William B. Patterson their heirs executors administrators and assigns in 
fee Simple absolute forever they having by their deeds duly executed and
delivered to me Conveyed to me Mrs Susan Maria Stapleton all of
their right title interest Claim and demand in law or in equity to the
rest and residue of Lot Two as the same is platted and surveyed by P.F. 
Jenkins Civil Engineer In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands 
and Seals this Third day of April AD 1888

sioner of deeds for and in said County and State I Certify that person
ally appeared Susan Maria Stapleton and George Stapleton her
husband both of whom are all known to me to be the indi
viduals described in and who executed the foregoing deed of
Conveyance and I having first made Known to them the Contents
thereof they did thereupon severally acknowledge before me that
they signed sealed and executed the same as their free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein Expressed and the said Susan
Maria Stapleton wife of the said George Stapleton being privately
Examined by me separate and apart from her said husband
did further acknowledge before me that She made herself
a party to and executed said deed to the property therein
