The Point of Beginning, is a stake on the middle Section line Seventy East
of the Centre Stake of the Section, From this point of beginning one line runs
North one hundred and forty yards (140) to a stake, thence another line
runs East Thirty Five (35) to a stake, thence another line runs south
(140) One hundred and forty yards to a stake on the middle Section line
and thence another line runs West on said section line to the stake, which was
the point of beginning. Such are the boundary lines of the acre,
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title
interest dower and right of dower property possession claim and demand
whatsoever in law and in equity of the said parties of the first part of in
and to the above granted premises and every part thereof with the appurten
ances, To have and to hold the above mentioned and described premises
with the appurtenances to the said parties of the second part their successors
in office forever, and the said Nathan Smith and his heirs the above
described and hereby granted and released premises and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said parties of the
Second part and their successors in office against the said party of the
first part and his heirs and against all and every person and persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part
thereof shall and will Warrant and by these presents forever defend
