of the Second part and his heirs and assigns forever all those Certain
Lots Tracts or Parcels of land situate lying and being in Section 23 Township
10 South Range 15 East in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
Known and described on the Town plan of Bartram in Alachua County afore
said (which said plan is duly recorded in the Public Records of the said County
as follows Lots number Six and Seven in block number Six fronting on
Jessamine Avenue: each lot having a front of Eighty feet and a depth of one
hundred feet. And Lot number Eight in block letter "A" fronting on Magnolia
Street: having a front of three hundred and thirty feet and a depth of
five hundred and forty two feet, being and lying in Section 23 Township
10 South Range 15 East in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and Known and described on the Town plan of North and South Bar-
tram in Alachua County aforesaid (which said plan is duly recorded
in the Public Records of the said County) Together with all and singular
the ways and waterways tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and
reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof
And also all the estate right title interest property possession claim
and demand whatever as well in law as in equity of the said
party of the first part of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to hold The above
granted bargained and described premises with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his or their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever. And the said party of the first
part for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant
promise and agree to and with the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns that the said party of the first part at the time of
the sealing and delivery of these presents is lawfully seized in fee Simple
of a good absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance of and in
all and singular the above granted bargained and described premises
with the appurtenances and hath good right full power and lawful
authority to grant bargain Sell and Convey the same in manner
and form aforesaid. And that the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns shall and may at all times hereafter peaceably
and quietly have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the above Granted
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
without any let suit trouble molestation eviction or disturbance
of the said party of the first part his heirs or assigns or of any
other person or persons lawfully Claiming or to Claim the same
And the same are now free Clear discharged and unencumbered
of and from all former and other grants titles Charges estates
judgements taxes assessments and encumbrances of every
nature and Kind whatsoever. And the said Samuel Dur
borow for himself and his heirs the above described and
hereby granted and released premises and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns against
the said party of the first part and his heirs and
