On the following terms and Conditions to wit, That the remains of each
and all persons buried in said land while said Town of Hawthorn
has had the control and title to the said tract of land shall remain
buried therein as long as the relations and legal representatives of said
deceased persons may desire and further that said land hereby quit claimed
shall not be used for any purpose that shall render it otherwise than
a quiet decent and proper and suitable place for the interment of
the dead so long as the remains of any person buried in said land
during its ownership by said town shall remain buried therein. And
that if the terms and conditions hereof shall be broken then in that
case said land shall revert to and become again the property
of said town and this Conveyance be and become void and of
no effect or virtue, To have and to hold the same unto the Said
Hugh A. Morrison on the terms and conditions herein specified and
to his heirs and assigns Executors and Administrators and assigns
forever, In witness whereof the said town has caused its Corporate
name to be signed and its Corporate seal affixed by its Mayor, on
this 25th day of June AD 1888

brose and Stella T. Ambrose of the first part and Thomas Mitchell
of the Second part, Witnesseth That the said parties of the first
part for and in Consideration of the Sum of One Dollar lawful money
