   In the matter of John H. Lewis petition for release
of taxes it is agreed and ordered that he be released from 
paying taxes on all his lands as first rate and to pay according 
to the quality but not released from paying double tax 
for his default in making returns. 

   In the matter of a County tax it was ordered 
that a tax of fifty per Cent on the State tax be levied 
and Collected in the present year for County purposes 
for the County of Alachua. 
        Ordered that the Court now adjourn
