7     Ordered that the Road through Wiley Hicks land 
be turned around the field, and that said 
Hicks Cut said New Road and put the same in 
as good Condition as said Old Road
8    Ordered that Wiley Hicks Account acting as 
Coroner on the body of Elizabeth Blue Amt 
Six dollars be allowed and paid
9     Ordered that Stephen Bevills account for 
lock and putting on the same amounting 
to two dollars & fifty Cents be paid
10  Ordered that Wiley Hicks Account for Coroners 
Jury each one dollar & 25/100 amounting to fifteen 
dollars be paid (Coroners Jury over the body of 
Elizabeth Blue)
11   Ordered that James Camerons bill as Bailiff 
in the case of Jury over the body of Elizabeth 
Blue, Amt Three dollars and fifty Cents be 
paid
12   Ordered Jas B. Bailey, having resigned, that 
Frances McCall be and he is hereby elected 
treasurer for the County of Alachua from and 
after this date for the term of two years
	The board then adjourned to meet 
again on Monday 28thth Nov'r 1859
