1st Ordered that the Apprication for the opening 
of a new road from the end of Thomas Tillns 
lane direct to Waldo and thence to intersect 
the Bellamy Road at or near Thos P. Boulware 
be past and opened under the supervision of 
Franklin Desha and Thos P. Boulware 
and Peter Sparkman commissioners to open 
said road
2) Ordered that Franklin Desha Martin L. Read 
& Henry Moore be appointed commissioners on 
the  above named road
3) Ordered that Wiley Bennet James Bevil & John 
E. Thompson be appointed commissioners on 
the new Road leading from the mud mills 
on the santafee to Gainesville
4) Ordered that Wm S. Perry Thomas Canady & 
Richburg, be appointed commissioners on 
the new road leading from Gainesville to the 
Putnam County line at or near the corner 
of James M. Hathhorns Plantation
5) Ordered that S.P. Vanlandingham Mathiew 
Hawkins & G.W. Sanchez be appointed comm
