be examined by three of the Commissioners and 
make their report to the board at their next 
meeting
3    Ordered that J.M. Sparkman, C. Rain and 
Mathew Hinson be appointed said bridge 
Committee
4   On motion the petition signed by sundry Citizens 
in relation to inclosing the Court House Square 
be taken up
5    Ordered that said Square be inclosed making 
the Square two hundred and twenty feet and said 
fence or inclosure be built according to a 
plan now before the board, and that said 
fence or inclosure be let to the lowest bidder 
and that said bids be received at the next 
meeting of the board
6    Ordered that a well be dug on the Public Square 
and said well to be let to the lowest bidder
7    Ordered that the account of J.C. Ley and J.C. 
Hardin for instruction of poor children 
at the seminary at Micanopy amounting 
to One hundred and fifty seven dollars and 
forty three cents be rec'd and paid
On motion the board adjourned to meet again 
on the 17th Inst
