10th Ordered that J.M. Richardson be paid Twenty cents 
for the moulding on each post of the inclosure 
around the Court House yard amt Nineteen dollars 
and Twenty Cents
11st Ordered that James M. Richardson be paid Three 
dollars for each Horse rack being 8 amt 
Twenty four dollars
12th Ordered that James M. Richardson be paid 
Three hundred and forty five dollars 
the amt of his contract for building the 
inclosure arround the the Court House yard said 
amt to be paid when the fence is fully completed
13th Ordered that John C. Hague John E. Thompson and 
Hope Colson be appointed Commissioners on the new 
road from J.B. Bayles fence to the Mud Mill on 
the Santifee
14th Ordered that the county tax be assessed for 
year 1860 at fifteen per Cent
	On motion the board adjourned to meet 
at 10 Oclock AM 10th Inst

1st Ordered that Chapple and Wiley's account of Fifty 
dollars for repairing plastering and white washing 
the rooms in the Court House be paid
2    Ordered that the Order heretofore made not 
laying the County into Military beats be recinded 
and that the board now comply so far as the Court 
is able to lay off said County into Military Beats 
as follows
