3 Ordered that J.M. Richardson be paid Thirty
dollars for diging up all the stumps and
chopping up all the grass and removed from the
inclosure and leveling the said Court House grounds
and put in neat order but not to be paid until
run by C. Rain and E.H. Jordan a Committee
appointed for the purpose
4 Order that E.H. Jordan be allowed to procure a
seal for the Probate Office
5 Ordered that Wm Strickland and J.M. Sparkman
be appointed a Committee to asertain from some
suitoble person what will be the cost of a
suitoble Map of the county of Alachua for
the use of the Probate Office
6 Ordered that the Court Room and furniture
of the same be put in charge of Stephen P. Bevill
and that he is hereby required not to suffer said
Room to be used for any other purpose other than
Preaching
7 Ordered that the two Book Presses made for the
Clerks and Probate Office are not considered
to be worth more than Fifty dollars for the two
and more than that amount should not be paid
for them
8 Ordered that F.A. McCall Treasurer be requested
to purchase for the use of the Sheriffs Office
a Iron safe said safe not to cost more than
seventy five dollars first Cost
9 Ordered that F.A. McCall Treasurer be requested
to collect of A.A. Maulding the amt due up to
the 1st April 1860 the rent due for the Office
Occupied by him
