8th Ordered that E.H. Jordan A/c of Fourteen & 75/100 
dollars (14 75/100) be paid
9    Ordered that until the Board of County Commissioners 
receive from the Comptroller a report of what 
funds are due Alachua County, the board will 
only Continue to pay such neighbourhoods or 
districts as have not rec'd any part of the 
school fund
	There being no further business the board 
adjourned to meet again on the 2nd Monday in 
August 1860

	At a meeting of the board of County 
Commissioners Present J.M. Sparkman Wm 
Strickland  C. Rain, Mathew Hinson and 
E.H. Jordan President of the board
Ordered that the petition asking for a 
road to be opened from Archer Station to 
Newnansville be postponed, for further 
action, there being some opposition to the 
opening of said road
Ordered that Peter Sparkman, Franklin 
Desha and Tho's P. Boulware be appoin
ted Commissioners to work & keep opened the 
road from Tho's Tillies lane by Waldo 
to Tho's P. Boulwares
Ordered that J.H. Maulfonse and Henry 
Moore be appointed Commissioners on the road 
leading from Newnansville to Tho's Tillises

journed to meet again on 4th Monday
