ment of Election returns as rec'd from the 
different Precincts in said County Election 
held on the 1st day of October AD 1860
	The whole number of votes for the Office 
of Governor was Seven hundred and seven (707) 
of which John Milton received Five hundred 
and fifteen (515) and Gen'l Edward Hopkins 
rec'd One Hundred and Ninety two (192)
The whole number of votes for the Office of 
Representative in Congress was Six hundred and 
Ninety One (691) of which R.B. Hilton rec'd 
Five Hundred & Sixteen (516) and B.F. Allen 
rec'd One Hundred and seventy five (175)
	The whole number of votes for the Office of  
Senitor for the fourteenth Senitorial District was 
Six Hundred & Seventy three (673) of which 
Tillman Ingram received Four Hundred and 
Twenty seven (427) and J.A. Emmerson rec'd 
Two Hundred & forty six (246)
	The whole number of votes for the Office of 
Assemblyman was Six Hundred & fifty eight 
(658) of which Geo W. Means received Four 
Hundred & Eighty Eight (488) and A.M. Caston 
received One Hundred & Seventy (170) votes
