E.T. Geiger and Charles L. Wilson be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners of said road and are hereby required to work on and put said road in good repair ---- 8th From Fort Clark on the Newnansville road leading to Wacahoota, It is hereby ordered that Cornelius Rein, James B. Colding and James Tison, be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners of said road -- 9th On the Road from Micanopy to Fort Harlee, It is hereby ordered that M.S. Perry, Arnold Thigpen and James Thomas, be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners of said road -- 10th On the road from H.H. Colsons leading by Micanopy to the County line of Marion, It is hereby ordered that John S. Livingston, Horace Merry and R. S. Stoughton be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners of said road and to include so much of the road that leads to Flemmington lying in Alachua County And said Commissioners are hereby authorized to Straiten said road wherever they and see it is necessary and the said requires it. --- Upon the petition of a number of citizens of Alachua County house holders praying to have a road made public leading from Newnansville to Fort Call at Cason's Ford on the Santafee River and to intersect the Belamy Road at or near Co'l James Dells Mill And it is hereby ordered that the prayer of the petitioners be granted and the road is accordingly made public and it is further ordered by said Court that Samuel R. Piles and John C. Richard, be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners of said road and they are hereby ordered to put said road in good repair --- 2nd Upon the petition of a number of Citizens of Alachua County and house holders (18) eighteen in number praying to have a neighborhood road for the use and accommodations of the Settlement, the said road to Commence at or near the Santafee River entering the road leading from Fort Call to Newnansville from thence to lead on to Co'l B.M. Dells Mill on Rocky Creek and from thence to intersect the Black Creek Road near Monterzaka bay, It is hereby ordered that the prayer of the petitioners be granted and the opening of said road is accordingly granted to the petitioners and it is hereby further ordered that
