further ordered that the County Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized 
to pay said account to said Fitchet --- 
       Order 4th It is further ordered that the County Treasurer pay 
to the Hon' C.F. Fitchet Judge of Probate and President of the 
Board of County Comm'r, George L. Brown & Elija Barrow Esq'rs two 
dollars each per day for their services in attending the Board 
of Comm'r this day --- 
       There being no further business before the Board it is therefore 
ordered that it Stand adjourned to some indefinite term ---

Commissioners Court Newnansville 12th January 1852 At a Special Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners. Present A.M. Caston Judge of Probate and President of said Board of County Comm'r, John B. Standley, Wyatt C. Allin and Wm H. Brooks County Comm'r present and proceeded to business Order 1st G.A. Hiers presented his account for measuring road to Black Creek 9 miles, and putting up 9 posts and two guide Boards Amounting to twelve dollars ($12. 00) Said account examined and allowed, it is ordered that the County Treasurer pay said acc't out of any money that may come to or be in his hands not otherwise appropriated Order 2nd We the said Board further Order that a road leading from the neighborhood of Hogtown Creek to Fort Clark be granted and Wiley Bennett, Daniel Lynn and Cornelius Rein are hereby appointed Road Commissioners to lay out said road. We hereby authorize said Commissioners to require such a portion of the hands, now doing duty on the adjacent roads as they may in their Judgment think best to open said road --- Order 3rd We the said Board further order that a road leading from Hogtown neighborhood to Micanopy be granted, And that G.B. Payne, R.S. Stoughton and William Colson are hereby appointed Comm'r to lay out said road. We hereby authorize said Commissioners to require such a portion of the hands now doing duty on the adjacent roads as they may in their judgment think best to open said road --- Order 4th We the said Board further order that a tax of fifty per cent be levied for County Purposes on the State Tax for the year eighteen hundred and fifty two (1852)
