ordered that V.R Prevatt be paid for carrying 
Election returns four dollars - Order N. 6 it 
is hereby ordered that proposals for a plan for a 
County Jail and for building the same be received 
on the first Monday in May - N. 7 it is hereby 
ordered that all lots in the Town of Gainesville 
belonging to the County, that has been sold and 
not paid for, be again sold at the proper risque 
of former purchasers if not settled for with 
the County Treasurer in Thirty days - -- ---
Order N. 8 it is hereby ordered that James B. Bailey 
treasurer and Andrew Robb President of this board 
be authorized to examine the Books of the County 
Sheriff G.B. Ellis and if found to be correct to give 
said Sheriff a Certificate to that effect - Order 
N. 9 it is hereby ordered that J.M. Geiger  J. M. 
Sparkman C. Rain and Andrew Robb receive 
for this days attendance two dollars each from
