Order N.13 it is hereby ordered that Jas B Bailey 
     and Andrew Robb be authorized to draw 
     up a plan for a County jail and receive 
     proposal for building the same - said 
     proposals to be opened on the first Monday 
     in June next - their being no further 
     bussiness before the board, it adjourned 
     to meet again on the first Monday in 
     June next ensuing
