dollars for completing and finishing the well 
in the Court House yard be rec'd and paid
Ordered that McIntosh and Powell's account of two 
dollars for a blank book bought by the Judge of 
Probate for the use of the Probate Office be allowed 
and paid and that E.H. Jordan's A/c of seventy 
cents for a lock for book case in Probate Office 
also be allowed and paid
Ordered that the bill of the two safes bought, 
one for the Clerk's Office and the other for the 
Probate Office, amounting to two hundred and 
fifty one dollars 98/100 (251. 98) be allowed and 
paid and ordered that the freight on the same to 
Starke amt Eight - & 36/100 (8.36) dollars to be allowed 
and paid and also the hauling of one from 
Starke to Gainesville amt Eight - & 28/100 (8.28) 
dollars be paid and the bill of hauling the other amt 
Eight & 69/100 dollars (8.69) be allowed and paid 
Ordered that the bill of Six & 25/100 dollars (6.25) 
Contracted with a Negro, by Treasurer of the 
County, for digging well be allowed and paid
Ordered that the account of M. Crenshaw for 
assisting in 
^ surveying the lots of the Town of Gainesville amt 
four dollars & 50/100 be allowed and paid
Ordered that the Judge of Probate be required 
to employee some suitable person to investigate 
the title to the Court House and lot in New
nansville and if found defective if possible 
procure good titles to the same and as soon 
as the Judge of Probate ascertains the conditions 
of the titles advertise the same for sale giving 
thirty days notice of such sale at not less 
than three public places in the County
Ordered that Maj. James B. Bailey be authorized 
to have the jail of the County painted
Ordered that the precinct heretofore known 
as Half Moon Pond, be altered in name and 
known as Jonesville Church
  Ordered that John L. Cameron and 
James Kelley be appointed Commissioners 
on the road from Fort Crane by Gainesville
