Ordered that Thomas Bowler, Wiley Hicks and 
Samuel Wilson be appointed Commissioners on 
the Belemy Road from Newnansville to the Putnam 
County Line
Ordered that John Sparkman, S.C. Vanlandingham 
and Henry Snowden be appointed Commissioners 
on the road from Gainesville to Fort Harley
Ordered that J.C. Standley, Mathew B. Hawkins 
and John Vaughan be appointed Commissioners on 
the road from Gainesville to Calhoun Standleys
Ordered that Eli Ramsey be appointed a 
Commissioner in place of Moses Ramsey and 
that said Commissioners take into their district 
the road from Ramseys to Wacahoota
Ordered that Henry Adams be appointed a 
Commissioner in the place of B.T. Rives on the 
road from Micanopy to Fort Harley
Ordered that the Commissioners on the road from 
Gainesville to Micanopy take into their district 
that piece of road from Micanopy to Marion 
County line at or near G.W. Means plantation
Ordered that the account of Sam'l James Downing 
for carrying Election returns from Newnansville 
            amounting to three dollars and 60/100
in October last ^ be rec'd and ordered to be paid
Ordered that S.W. Burnett's account of Five 
dollars and 25/100 for books for the Clerks Office &C
be rec'd and paid
Ordered that an election precinct be established 
at the house of Daniel Polk, and to be 
known as Cow Creek Precinct
Ordered that a magistrates district be 
established and known as No.11 or Cow 
Creek and also a district No.12 or Sewanee 
district
Ordered that the County Treasurer be requested 
to purchase such books as may be wanted for 
the use of the Clerks and Probates Office & 
for the sheriffs Office
