At a meeting of the board of County Commis
sioners Present James C. Standley, James L.
Cooper and E.H. Jordan President of
the board
Ordered that the Election Precinct known
as Fort Harley and that of Saluda be
discontinued and that Waldo Station on
the Fernandina and Cedar Keys Rail Road
be made the precinct for the two discon
tinued
Ordered that the order made in May 1858
in reference to the sale of the Court House
lot in the Town of Newnansville by by the
Judge of Probate Carried into effect by
advertising the same for not less than thirty
days, and selling the same upon a credit
until the 1st day of January 1860
Ordered that the account of Ingram &
Babcock for furnishing the jail with
articles to the amt of seven and 63/100
dollars be paid
Ordered that James M. Sparkman be paid
Forty three dollars for maintaining pauper
Simeon Swift from 25th September to 1st April
1859
Ordered that J.H. Roper be paid Fifty
and 20/100 dollars for Tuition for six poor
Children at five dollars each per quarter
to April 1st 1859
Ordered that S.P. Bevill be paid Twenty
five dollars for Indexing the books of the
Clerks Office
