At a called meeting of the board of County Com
missioners Present Geo W. Means, James C. Standley
and E.H. Jordan President of the board
There being a quorum present, proceeded to
business
On motion it was ordered that George R.
Fairbanks Agent for the Executors of N. Brush
dec'd be paid the sum of Seventy two dollars
it being interest due said Brush estate
on the purchase of Forty acres of land for
county purposes, there being no further business
the board adjourned to meet again on the
first Monday in July 1859

Ordered that the account of Ramsey & Rainey
amounting to Five & 8/100 dollars for blankets &c
furnished to the Jail be paid
Ordered that Bennet Jones be paid for the schoo
ling of Ten & a quarter poor Children up to
the 24th of June 1859 at five dollars per
quarter amount Fifty one & 25/100 ($51.25)

Ordered that Lewis Arbits be appointed a
Commissioner to have some repairs done to the |
