the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said party of
the first part, hath granted bargained sold and transferred unto the said
party of the second part, his right, interest, title, Dower and right of Dower
to a certain House and Lot, in the Town called Micanope, laid out by the
New York Company. Wherein each Settler and mechanic is intitled to a lot for
Settling. Together with all and singular, the Tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances, whatsoever, unto the said premises, and right belonging
and appertaining thereto. To have and to hold the said bargained prem
ises with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, their
heirs and assigns forever, and the said party of the first part, his executors
and administrators, doth covenant and agree with the said parties of the
second part to warrant and defend the same.-

Alachua County Court
Know all men by these presents That I Daniel C.H. Sims of the County of Alachua
and Territory of Florida, have this day, bargained, sold and transferred unto
Henry Bellows of said County and Territory, All my right title & interest
unto a Certain Messuage, lot or tenement, situate lying and being in the County
of Alachua and Territory of Florida, for and in Consideration of the sum of
thirty Dollars to me in hand paid, the same premises being half of a Certain
House purchased by me from George Downs situate in Micanope.
