This Indenture made this 23rd day of December in the year of 
Our Lord, One thousand eight hundred and twenty four Between Joseph 
M. Arredondo, by his Attorney in fact, Francis I. Fatio of the City of St.. 
Augustine Territory of Florida, of the first part, And Bernardo Segue 
of the City and Territory aforesaid, of the second part, Witnesseth 
That the said Joseph M. Arredondo, for and in consideration of the sum of Five 
hundred Dollars, to him in hand paid, by the said Bernardo Segue at or 
before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is 
hereby acknowledged, and thereof, and of and every part or parcel thereof, the 
said Joseph M. Arredondo, doth accquit, release, and discharge the said Ber
nardo Segue, his heir executors and administrators by these presents, 
The said Joseph M. Arredondo, Hath granted, bargained, aliened, Sold, remised 
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents, Doth grant, bargain 
sell alien, remise, release, convey and confirm, unto the said Bernardo Segue 
and to his heirs and assigns, an undivided part of forty thousand acres 
of Land, situated on both sides of the River Okelerraga in East Florida 
which undivided part contains One thousand acres of Land, Together 
with all and singular the Houses, Edifices, buildings, stables, yards, 
gardens, biberties, privileges, easements, Commodities emollients 
Hereditaments, rights, members and appurtenances whatsoever thereto be
longing or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions 
remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof.  And also all 
the Estate, right, Title, interest, property or possession, claim and demands 
whatsoever in Law or in Equity,  of the said Joseph M. Arredondo
