bargained, sold, aliened, released, and confirmed, by these presnts Doth 
grant, bargain,sell, alien, release & confirm, unto the said Jane Rowley, her 
heirs and assigns, all the Estate, right, title, and interest, whatsoever, whereof 
the said Francis Gue, Administrator of the said Isaac N. Cox, was seized in the 
premises above described, on the twenty third day of May in the year 
of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred & twenty nine, being the day rendition 
of the Judgment or at any time afterwards, And also all the Estate right title 
and interest posession, claim and demand, whereof the said Waters Smith 
as Marshall as aforesaid, was siezed by virtue of said writ of Fiere Facias 
did by force of the Statute, in such case made and provided of, in and to the 
said premises or any part thereof with the Appurtenances.-
			To have and to hold the said premises hereby 
granted, unto the said Jane Rowley, her heirs and assigns forever subject 
to all the incumberances whatsoever -
		In Witness whereof the parties to these presents, have here
unto set their hands & seals, the day and year first above written -

On this 28th day of December 1829, personally came before me Joseph L. Smith 
Judge of the Superior Court for East Florida, Waters Smith Marshall for said 
district, and acknowledged, that he executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance 
for the uses and purposes therein expressed.

This Indenture made the twenty first day of January in the year of Our 
Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty five, Between Joseph M. 
Arredondo, of the City of Augustine and Territory of Florida of the First part 
and John A. Cavedo, of said City & Territory of the second part Witnesseth 
That the said Joseph M. Arredondo, for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand 
Dollars to him in hand paid, by the said John A. Cavedo, at or before the sealing
