taments and appurtenances, thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and 
the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents issue and profits
thereof 
and also all the estate rights titles, property, possession, claim and demand 
whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity of the said party of the first of, in, or to 
the above described premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the app
urtenances to have and to hold, all and singular the above mentioned & described 
premises, together with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second 
part, as Trustee for the said Christopher his heirs and assigns forever

acknowledged the same to be his own Act and deed, for the purposes therein 
mentioned, whereupon I have recorded the same with the plat attached 
thereto in Book H page 261, Witness my name the 6th day of June the
