This Indenture made the twenty third day of June in the year of Our 
Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty, Between Theodore Flotard 
of the City of Tallahassee in the Territory of Florida, and Mary Adile wife of 
said Theodore Flotard of the first part, and Henry P. Brandin & John Maloney 
both of the City of Tallahassee in the Territory aforesaid of the second part 
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration 
of the sum of Two thousand five hundred Dollars, lawful money of the 
United States of America to them in hand paid by the said parties of the 
second part, at or before the insealing and delivery of these presents the 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained sold 
aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents 
do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the 
said parties of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns forever 
All that certain tract or parcel of land Containing by estimate two thousand 
acres, situate lying and being on the Orange Lake branch and the River 
Ocklewaha in the County of Alachua said tract being represented on the plat 
of Survey, hereunto annexed, and the same divided by an imagineary line 
running North and South, the East half of which said tract being alotted 
to the said Theodore Flotard, and the whole being within a larger tract of land 
containing Forty thousand acres granted to Joseph M. Arredondo by Governor 
White on the eleventh day of January, One thousand eight hundred & eleven.   
The said four thousand acres, having been conveyed by Francis I. Fatio Attor
ney in fact for the Widow of said Arredondo, to Joseph Simeon Sanchez 
and by him the said Sanchez to Theodore Flotard party of the first part
	Together with all and singular, the tenements hereditaments and 
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining and the 
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders rents, issues and profits 
thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property possession 
claim and demand, whatsoever, as well in Law as in equity of the said
