This Tract of Land is owned jointly by Pedro Mirando and myself, M'r Mirando
is bound for one half of the expenses of survey, St. Augustine 5th July 1828

Pedro Mirando Twelve Dollars fifty cents, which added to the ten Dollars previously
received from M'r Ch's Robion is in full for Pedro Mirandos half of the survey
of the above tract of Land J.A. Coffee

This Indenture made this tenth day of March in the year of Our Lord
One thousand eight hundred & thirty, Between Joseph Simeon Sanchez
of the City of St. Augustine Territory of Florida of the first part & Theodore
Flotard of the City of Tallahassee in Florida of the second part Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of two thousand
Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, to him in hand paid, by the
said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained, sold aliened
remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these, Do grant
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey & conform, unto the said party of the
second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever, all that undivided half
part of a tract of Land, containing four thousand acres, situate on the Orange
Lake branch and the River Ocklawaha, in the County of Alachua, and being
within a larger tract of Land of Forty thousand acres, granted by Governor White
to Joseph M. Arredondo on the eleventh day of January 1811, The said four
thousand acres of Land having been conveyed to Joseph Simeon Sanchez party
of the first part by Francis I. Fatio Attorney in fact, of the Widow of the said
Arredondo, and recorded in the Clerks Office of St. Johns County on the sixteenth
day of September 1828 in Book H page 134.- Together with all and
singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, thereunto belonging or
in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof, And also all the estate, rights titles |
