Interest, property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in 
Law as in Equity, of the said party of the first part, of, in, or to the above des
cribed premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances 
To have and to hold, the above granted and described premises with the

Leon County	     }	Before me Leslie A Thompson one of the Justices 
of the Peace in and for the County of Leon, personally came & appeared 
Joseph Elzaurdi who being duly sworn, deposeth and saith, that he was 
present and saw Joseph Simeon Sanchez, sign, seal and deliver the within 
Deed of bargain and sale, as and for his Act and deed, for the purposes 
therein contained, and that Francis Meile and Eusebio Marion Gomez 
sign their names with him as Witnesses thereto.
		In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this twenty 
third day of June in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred & thirty

Territory of Florida              Alachua County Court
		Whereas Peter Meranda, of the Island of Cuba and 
Theodore Flotard of Said Territory, are equally interested in an Undivided 
tract of Land of four thousand acres, situated on the Orange Lake branch and 
the River Ocklawaha, in the County of Alachua, and being in a larger 
tract of Forty thousand acres, granted by Governor White to Joseph M. 
Arredondo, on the eleventh day of January 1811, The said four thousand acres 
being conveyed by Francis I. Fatio, as Attorney in fact of the Widow of 
the said Arredondo to Joseph Simeon Sanchez, and recorded in the Clerks 
Office on the 16th September 1828, Book H page 134.  And whereas 
the parties interested, have agreed to a division of said tract of four thou
sand acres and the said Peter Meranda, by his Attorney in fact, Waters
