Grant, and the center whereof is a place known by the name of Micanopy 
Which said One thousand acres of land, is to be of an average quality with the residue 
of the said tract, Originally granted aforesaid, together with all & singular the 
privileges, rights, Hereditaments and appurtenances, unto the said one thousand 
acres of land appertaining, and also al the estate, right, title, and interest of the 
said Fernando de la Maza Arredondo, both at law, and in equity of, in, and, to the 
said One thousand acres of Land, with appurtenances, To have and to hold 
the said undivided One thousand acres of land and all and singular other the 
premises above mentioned to be granted and sold to the said John Drysdale his heirs 
and assigns for his and their proper use, benefit and behoof forever
		In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto set
their hands & seals the day and year first above written.-

County of Alachua    }	Be it remembered that on this 24th day of December 
AD 1830, M.E. Levy, a subscribing witness to the within instrument of 
writing, came before me the subscriber Clerk of the County court of the County 
aforesaid, and affirmed, that Fernando de la Mara Arredondo, in his presence 
executed the same as and for his Act and deed, for the purposes therein 
mentioned, and that Samuel Jackson and James Wilson signed their names 
as witnesses thereto, whereupon I have duly recorded the same in Book 
A beginning at page 340.
				Given under my hand this 29th day of Dec'r 1830

 City of St. Augustine	 } This Indenture made this Nineteenth 
day of September eighteen hundred & twenty nine, by and between Peter Mitchel 
on the one part and John Drysdale on the other part, Witnesseth, that the 
said Peter Mitchel, for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred 
Dollars, to hm in hand well and truly paid, by the said John Drysdale , and the 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained, sold, aliened conveyed
